We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Exchanges

If your item doesn't fit or isn't quite what you expected, you may exchange it for a different size or another product.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs in both directions.

Pre-order items are not eligible for exchange, as they are reserved specifically for you.

Returns

If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We deduct delivery charges and a 6% fee to cover payment processing costs.
  • Processing may take up to 6 calendar days after receiving the return.
  • Depending on your provider, the refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  • Contact our customer care team at customercare@luxaporter.com as soon as possible.
  • We will arrange a return and issue a full refund, including delivery costs.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order products are specially reserved or crafted for you. For this reason, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless found faulty or damaged upon delivery.
