Shipping policy
We ship orders Monday to Friday.
Delivery Times
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays related to customs processing or failed payments are outside of our control.
Depending on your location, we use FedEx, DHL, or UPS for shipping.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Please note: a 6% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
To cancel your order:
- Contact us at customercare@luxaporter.com
- Include your order number and the reason for cancellation
- You will receive a confirmation email when cancellation is processed
Once your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still request a return — see our Refund Policy for details.
Pre-order Items
Pre-order items are produced exclusively for you and are not held in stock.
Estimated production and delivery times range from 1 to 4 months, depending on the brand and item.
Cancellation of pre-orders is only possible within 48 hours of placing the order.
The standard 6% processing fee also applies in such cases.
Duties and Taxes
We aim to provide full transparency regarding customs duties and import taxes.
When ordering from outside the European Union, your order may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Below is a general guide to duty-free import thresholds, expressed in euros (€), and what may apply above those values:

These values are approximate. We recommend confirming your country’s current import rules before placing an order.
Declared Value and Gift Label
Upon request, we can label your shipment as a "gift" and declare a minimally allowed value, in accordance with the laws of your country.
Important Notice:
While we may assist with documentation to help minimize your customs fees, we do not guarantee exemption from duties or taxes. LUX-A-PORTER assumes no liability for delays, charges, or confiscations caused by your local customs office due to declared value or “gift” designation.
By choosing this option, you confirm that:
- You are solely responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes
- You accept the risks of customs delays or refusal based on under-declared value
- LUX-A-PORTER will not issue refunds for goods held, returned, or destroyed by customs due to your request

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
Once shipped, we will send a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, it may arrive in separate shipments.
