Services Overview
We operate as an agent for third-party retailers ("Partners") whose products are displayed on our Website. You are purchasing products from the respective Partner. We provide logistics, customer service, and other ancillary services. Delivery is handled via FedEx and DHL. Payment is processed through Przelewy24.
Analytics and Marketing
We use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Shopify Flow for website analysis and marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with these third-party services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Returns and Cancellation
We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and undamaged;
- Have all original tags attached;
- Be returned in the original branded packaging;
- Include all documents and accessories that came with the product.
Final sale and pre-order items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To request a return or cancellation, email us at customercare@luxaporter.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Review Time
All return or complaint requests are reviewed within 7 to 10 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item or your formal claim. This includes inspection and quality verification.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus delivery charges and a 6% payment processing fee. Processing may take up to 10 calendar days, and depending on your payment provider, the funds may appear within 14 days.
You may also cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCRs).
Use of Website
You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only. Any unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior may result in restriction or termination of access.
